“A couple of young chefs, with French and Latin-American background”

Born in Brooklyn, Sébastien grew up in Brittany, France in his parent’s restaurant “La Forgia” . Immersed in the kitchen life early on sparked his passion for food. After a stint in the Youth National Kayaking Team, it’s during an exchange program in China that he decided he will join Culinary school. Freshly graduated, his eyes were now set on returning to New-York. Working his way up in kitchens around Brooklyn and Manhattan, he later on became the Private Chef for various European diplomats.

Florencia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She spent most of her life in the family’s “Rotisseria”, learning the craft under her grandmother's guidance. After Buisness School, she decided to focus on cooking and moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil then finally to New-York where she worked 5 years as a sous-chef for a Latin-American restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Having her sister/farmer close by on the Island of Nantucket, the connection was instant, and she regularly spends the season working as a private chef , as well as developing her second passion : landscaping.
